Burrito Bonanza

Everything you need to know to roll with Greater Cincinnati's burrito makers

BOLOCO

222 Calhoun St., University Heights; 513-281-1500 or www.boloco.com

HOURS: Open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

WHAT IT HAS: Small ($4.49), regular ($5.49) and bowl ($5.29) burritos and salads ($3.49-$4.99) with your choice of grilled chicken, steak or organic tofu.

SIGNATURE ITEMS: Depends on how you want your burrito prepared. While you can get it "classic style" with just salsa, cheese and rice, you can also choose options like "teriyaki-style" with caramelized onions, broccoli and carrots or "Mediterranean" with hummus and balsamic vinaigrette.

CHIPS AND SALSA STATUS: Chips will run you $1.19-$2.99 depending on whether you want salsa or guacamole with 'em.

SIDES 'N' SNACKS: Plentiful - if you love chocolate, you owe it to yourself to get the Nutella burrito ($2.49). We also suggest trying one of Boloco's smoothies ($3.29-$4.29), such as the Mango Passion or Berry Blitz.

Kenwood Towne Centre, 7875 Montgomery Road; and 328 E. Fourth St., Downtown
513-721-5637 (Downtown), 513-985-0333 (Kenwood) or www.burritojoes.com

CHIPS AND SALSA STATUS: Salsa options include black bean, regular tomato or chipotle; chips are available with salsa ($1.35), queso ($2.75) and guacamole ($2.95). You can get a bowl of rice or beans for an extra $1.
